IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OUR CUSTOMERS

For those who have a loan or rental, be patient, there is a lot of waiting in line. We suggest you try the portal directly. If your rental and / or financing is with Toyota Credit, here is the procedure to follow:

To change the date or postpone a payment, please go to the following address: portal.toyotafinancial.ca

You will have to create your account, you must have on hand; your monthly payment (taxes included), serial number of your vehicle and your full address.

When your account is created you will receive a 6-digit code to activate it.

If your financing was made with a caisse or bank, you must contact the bank to make an arrangement.
